Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Field Consultant to join our organization in Navi Mumbai, India. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and clients, providing expert guidance, conducting field assessments, and developing tailored solutions to address client needs. You will work independently and collaboratively to drive client satisfaction and business growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.

  • Conduct field visits and on-site assessments to understand client requirements, operational challenges, and business objectives
  • Develop and present customized consulting recommendations and solutions based on thorough analysis and industry best practices
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up, and exceptional service delivery
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret field data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, technical specialists, and senior consultants to ensure successful solution implementation
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and client satisfaction, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients, attend meetings, and support ongoing engagements
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of the client base
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices to provide informed counsel

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, field operations, business development, or a related client-facing role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
