Job Description

o Ford Warranty Claims and Procedures.
o Motor vehicle technical knowledge.

• Ability to suggest actions in the best in the best interest of all stake holders.
• Ability to influence, be persuasive and positive.
Qualifications
• Grade 12 or equivalent required. Some college coursework desired.
• OEM Warranty Certification (Desirable)
• Appropriate certification indicating computer literacy in MS Office suite.
• 1 - 3 years experience in Automotive Warranty Claims
• Previous ESP or Warranty claims program knowledge is desired
