Job Description
- Preparing all training materials, logistics, and equipment required for each session.
- Developing and delivering high‑quality training sessions to Sales and Aftersales teams, both in person and online, aligned with the brand’s standards and objectives and KPIs.
- The role also involves adapting customer brand–provided materials into effective training content.
Working pattern
- Full-time, on-site job (Lisbon). From Monday to Friday
- Type of contract: Tempo incerto

Qualifications
- Education: High level of communication skills (experience as trainer or equivalent professional experience) and strong understanding of the automotive industry, including trends, technologies, and new developments.
- Native Portuguese speaker with business-level English (Spanish is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trainer/coach.
- Experience in automotive sales and dealership processes.
- Proven background in sales training, product argumentation, and KPI-driven performance management.
- Skilled in training tools and media (MS Office, flipcharts, training materials).
