Job Description
We are looking for an Aftersales Process Consultant with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the automotive aftersales area. The ideal candidate has deep understanding of workshop operations and service reception, and feels confident working with digital tools.
What will you do in this role?
- Analyze the current situation of dealerships/workshops (aftersales lead management, courtesy vehicles, customer reception, workshop planning, vehicle delivery processes, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Plan routes and business trips to visit dealerships.
- Contact dealerships and coordinate on-site visits.
- On site at the dealership:
- Analyze current ways of working, identify process gaps and improvement potential.
- Influence teams to adopt new ways of working to improve results.
- Convince management of the need for improvements and investments.
- Propose changes through concrete and structured action plans.
- Train dealership staff (service advisors, workshop managers, parts department, etc.) during the implementation of new procedures and tools.
- Act as the main point of contact for clarifying doubts and ensuring continuous improvement of operational procedures.
- Prepare visit reports per dealership and keep tracking documents up to date.
Qualifications

- University degree.
Mandatory:
- Proven experience in the automotive industry within the aftersales area, especially in dealerships or workshops (official or independent), in roles such as Service Advisor, Workshop Manager, or similar.
- Hands-on experience working inside a workshop environment.
- Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and strong familiarity with digital applications commonly used in automotive aftersales.
- Portuguese and Spanish at C1 level; English is a plus.
- Availability to travel nationally up to 80% of the time.
