The Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of warranty for European markets / dedicated market is FRANCE.
The core function of the Warranty Coordinator is to provide retailers with the required support to ensure customers’ vehicles are repaired in line with the company's warranty compliance and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Warranty Support for Customers
- Support Retailers on Warranty questions and warranty reimbursement queries
- Support Retailers and internal departments on system-related Goodwill queries
- Perform the annual Warranty Labour Rate Review
- Support RVC introduction and deliver audit support where required
- Communication to Customers
- Drive and moderate the Warranty Communities
- Create Warranty content such as Warranty Hints & Tipps or Newsletter
- Share and maintain the Rule ID Search list for Retailers
- Prepare and perform Retailer Round Table (2 times p.a. for EU Markets)
- Prepare and perform monthly Retailer Touchbase Calls for EU Markets
- Projects for Customers
- Warranty Accreditation
- Warranty & Service Evolution
- Warranty SharePoint Light
- Support Retailer Direct Submission

- Warranty GWM Simplification
- Update & maintain Late Claim and RVC Joker

Qualifications
- Experience of Retailer’s warranty process
- Good understanding of warranty policy
- Technical knowledge
- Good understanding of the Retailer processes
- Process orientated with strong attention to detail
- Results oriented with a determination to make things happen
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent (preferred: native) language skills for dedicated market language (FRENCH) as well as English language
- Good skills in MS office (ppt, excel, word) and ability to create structured reports
- Understanding of automotive sales and service processes. Beneficial: understanding of sales and service processes
- Strong team player attitude
- Sense of assertiveness and ability to inspire and motivate people
