We’re on the lookout for dynamic, driven individuals to join us as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) supporting our Field Service Development Managers across the country. This is your chance to make a real impact in dealership operations, customer satisfaction, and service innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is a new adventure! You’ll be:
- Rolling out service strategies that boost dealer profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Training and mentoring dealership teams on service lane processes and tools like Service Workbench (SWB) and Online Service Scheduling (OSS).
- Helping dealers hit the magic mark—LOF/MPVI cycle times under one hour!
- Tracking performance metrics and identifying new candidates for service strategy implementation.
- Sharing best practices, success stories, and insights with your peers through the SDM forum.
- Ensuring dealers gather competitive data and integrate their BDCs effectively.
- Collaborating with District Sales, Service, Parts, and Zone teams to drive cross-functional improvements.
- Traveling up to 90% of the time to be hands-on where it matters most.
Qualifications
We’re looking for people who are:
- Experienced in automotive fixed operations (1+ year preferred).
- Educated (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required).
- Excellent communicators—both in person and in writing.
- Creative problem-solvers who think outside the box.
- Self-starters who can juggle multiple tasks and thrive independently or in a team.
- Sales-savvy with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Tech-proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership service tools (SWB, Service Edge, Xtime, etc.).
- Knowledgeable about how dealership departments work together and how DMS systems operate.
