Job Description

To elevate the productivity and technical expertise across the assigned workshop and dealer network by ensuring standardized adoption of digital tools and efficient processes, thereby driving measurable improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering the continuous professional growth of local technical teams.

On a daily basis, the Delivery will:

  • Manage Warranty and Technical Support Projects;
  • Conduct Field Warranty and Standards Audits (60% Time traveling);
  • Oversee and improve the handling of administrative task;
  • Focus on team cohesion, motivation, and professional development;
  • Being essential link between the team and the broader organization or brand

 

Qualifications

About You:

  • Supplementary training in Workshop Management, Technical Responsibility (or Technical Manager certification), or Team Leadership;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical or Electromechanical Technician, or similar roles within the sector (workshop, dealership, or factory);
  • Previous experience in task coordination, peer mentoring, or small project management;
  • Spanish and English level at least B2+, extra languages are plus;
  • Willingness to travel frequently
