Job Description

We are currently seeking an Automotive Technical Support Specialist to join our customer's technical team in Warsaw. This role plays a key part in supporting service operations across Poland, Ukraine, and the Baltic region, with a strong focus on analyzing and resolving technical issues related to commercial vehicles. By ensuring swift and accurate diagnostics, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you will be doing as an Automotive Technical Support Specialist:

  • Provide first-line technical support by investigating and resolving reported issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Track and analyze service performance indicators, compiling reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with technical departments to streamline service coordination.
  • Uphold service excellence through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Technical education (secondary or higher, including ongoing studies) in automotive engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and heavy-duty vehicle systems.
  • Around 3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or dealership environment is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with alternative fuel technologies (e.g., CNG, LNG, electric) is a plus.
  • Diagnostic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in Polish and very good command of English (spoken and written) for cross-market collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Valid Category B driving license (Category C is an advantage).
