Job Description

 

  • Conduct training and education programs for employees and external clients
  • Assist in evaluating training needs by evaluating employee knowledge, skills and abilities against needs of job or role, and identifying gaps where training is needed
  • Assist in evaluating training needs by evaluating client knowledge, skills and abilities against needs of job or role, and identifying gaps where training is needed
  • Prepare and lead client training using a standardized curriculum
  • Conducts on-going training of existing team members, in classroom or field.
  • Assists in training internal new hires to help embrace client culture and understand roles and responsibilities for markets to be supported
  • Assists in Kaizen and other employee process efficiency / productivity exercises
  • Stay current on both sales and technical product knowledge
  • Work with other team members in the Training Department, MSX Management, and respective Market Management to assist in training plans
  • Consistently reviews training materials for preparation and perspective
  • Contributes to the training evaluation by collecting feedback from trainees and collaborating with Management
  • Always maintain positive healthy team and customer relationships
  • Always maintain their discretion, confidentiality, professionalism with the materials and programs used and executed
  • 80% travel required

Qualifications

  • Develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledge and those of your students
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize and set goals for productivity
  • Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
  • High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques as related to instruction
  • Have a background in content delivery and creation using modern methods and technology.
  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree (BSc) in education, other related courses, and/or a mix of relevant industry knowledge, experience and certifications
