Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Sales Network Coach to support the development and delivery of a comprehensive Retail Excellence program across international markets. This project focuses on enabling dealership transformation through tailored coaching sessions, consulting input, and market-specific training initiatives.  
 
Key responsibilities: 
• Develop new modules and update existing content reflecting key automotive trends (e.g. e-mobility, circular economy, and business model integration)  
• Customize and implement programs to address local market specifics  
• Pilot and deliver coaching modules, including evaluation of impact and KPI tracking  
• Support the development of overall project strategy and contribute to market steering  
• Provide consulting for business improvement with an emphasis on network quality and customer satisfaction  

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of international experience in delivering automotive-related projects 
  • At least 5 years of experience in Coaching project management  
  • Demonstrated expertise in areas including:  
    o Sales & After Sales  
    o Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty  
    o Dealer Profitability & Business Management  
    o Leadership Development  
    o Fleet & Used Car Operations  
    o Retail Marketing  
    o New Automotive Trends  
  • Proven ability to implement dealer development concepts in the automotive sector 
  • Full proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
