The MSX project team is responsible for ensuring service bulletins are created in accordance to customer specifications and are published  within the required lifecycle times. The bi-lingual Publisher will translate Service Bulletins into Spanish (Latin America) for both the U.S. and Mexico markets, leveraging translation applications.

• Translate the U.S. and Mexico service bulletins into Spanish (Latin America).
•  Bulletins have a 5-day cycle time for translation from the time they are sent out until return. Translation typically begins after the Bulletins are published.
• Submit the bulletins into  translation application, leveraging translation technologies prior to human review.
• Perform the Post-Edit in XTM.
• Retrieve the bulletin from translation application and format the document as necessary.
• Route, track and publish the translated bulletins through the review and approval process.
• Process ad-hoc translation requests as required.

• Highschool Diploma.
• Intermediate know-how of MS Office suite, most importantly MS Word.
• Knowledge of industry standard desktop publishing and resources.
• Experience with XTM translation tool desirable.
• 1-3 years of experience in translating English into Spanish.
• Ability to collaborate with their team.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and rule sets.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proactive communication.
