Job Description

As a Fleet Services Account Manager, you’ll act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of fleet clients. Your goal? To ensure their vehicles stay on the road — efficiently, quickly and with excellent service. You’ll coordinate operations, manage relationships, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

What you’ll do:

🚗 Be the main advisor for all service-related queries from fleet clients

🤝 Build strong relationships with dealers and stakeholders

📊 Monitor KPIs like vehicle off-road (VOR) time, service resolution, and parts delivery

⚙️ Support mobile service operations and on-site interventions when needed

🔎 Spot business opportunities through performance insights

🧩 Ensure fast resolution of issues and client satisfaction

✍️ Keep all documentation, reporting and tracking up to date

Qualifications

✔️ Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar — ideally from a top-tier or international business school

✔️ Experience in business development, sales or key account management

✔️ Commercial drive and strong interpersonal skills

✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation abilities

✔️ Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and comfort with data

✔️ Minimum B2 level of English (required)

✔️ Fluen Spanish (C1 minimun)

✔️ CRM skills (Salesforce or similar) are a plus

✔️ Willingness to travel 40% of your time

✔️ Driving license
