Our future colleague will organize, track, and monitor compliance with KPIs for various projects within the aftersales area, as well as implement future projects that may arise.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the progress of existing projects;
• Using tools to design graphs, tables, and dashboards that effectively represent data;
• Managing data analysis tools, collecting compliance figures from areas/dealerships, and proposing corrective actions in case of losses or inconveniences;
• Providing support and training to dealerships regarding data loading, extraction, and interpretation of reports;
• Receiving, managing, resolving, and following up on active incidents;
• Collaborating with other areas to achieve the objectives of the projects you monitor.

We are looking for you if:

• You have completed your higher education and wish to boost your professional career.
• You possess a university degree in engineering, business administration, economics, business management, or related fields;
• Essential: You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Essential: Your English and Spanish are level is intermediate to upper-intermediate;
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills;
• You define yourself as a proactive person with motivational, negotiation, and numerical skills, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
• You enjoy client relationships and provide solutions and value propositions.
