In this role “Procurement Manager” is to act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and a business. They are responsible for the procurement of products and goods for use in the business by identifying potential supplier sources, screening them and negotiating favorable payment terms. Plus monitoring supplier performance and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

  • The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, operation,
    provision, administration and maintenance of hardware and software related to IT
    infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing
    innovation within the infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned)

  • The primary focus of this role will be day-to-day systems administration and
    advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft’s distributed systems (Office 365, Microsoft
    365 and Azure), our Windows and Mac laptops, building networks, and other cloud
    services including Zoom, Slack and Monday
  • Administer Identity and Access Management, including configuring and
    troubleshooting Azure MFA and Azure AD Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Administer firewalls, routers, wireless access points and website DNS configurations
  • Administer and respond to events from Sentinel One and AlienVault security
    systems
  • Administer Exchange Online including mail flow rules and retention policies
  • Leverage Mobile Device Management (MDM) services to deploy and maintain
    Windows OS, MacOS, Android and iOS operating systems and applications
  • Experience in supporting audio and video conferencing equipment
  • Act as technical escalation resource (L3) for IT Service Desk, Network Operations
    and Security Operations staff

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration, network management,
    telecommunication, and support operations
  • 3+ years of in-depth support and administration of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365,
    Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory
  • 1+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) services including
    Microsoft Endpoint Manager, InTune, Windows Autopilot and jamf
  • Current Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification preferred
