In this position to identifying new orders, using dedicated software, checking inventories to locate requested products, reviewing orders for accuracy, preparing invoices, order taking abilities, detail orientation, stamina, accuracy, recordkeeping, and computer competencies.

Job Description

 

  • Performs all order processing duties to include answering internal inquiries via email or telephone regarding delivery status or product information.
  • Manage all communication with team members and ensure compliance to timeframe.
  • Update knowledge on all orders and ensure compliance to all operating procedures.
  • Monitors and ensures accuracy of delivery dates of both incoming and outgoing parcels as required.
  • Make adjustment to orders per delivery schedule.
  • Ensures complete and accurate paperwork so orders are handled and processed properly.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Experience using an ERP system for processing orders
  • Proficient knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Demonstrated prioritization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in a regulated industry but not required.
