Job Description

E-commerce is definitely part of our lives today. And MOST 2414 is now one of the player in this fast-growing industry. It is time for us to find skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and clients.

The Key Account Manager (E-commerce) will be responsible of the end-to-end process from onboarding to sales report of clients accounts operating e-commerce with us.

What You Will Do:

  • Managing day-to-day e-commerce channels of domestic and international SME and larger brands through online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, JD Central, LINE MyShop, others), social commerce and their own e-commerce websites
  • Managing and leading the onboarding process for new sellers willing to register and set up Flagship Stores and Authorized Stores
  • Consulting and advising clients on e-commerce multi-channel strategy and operations, specially for what concern promotional campaigns, marketing activities, budget allocation
  • Leading and coordinating strategy and implementation of campaigns to increase clients' e-stores visibility and sales
  • Collaborating with internal Creative, Content and Client Service team to present efficiently marketing strategy and plan to clients and prospects
  • Coordinating communication and workflow with internal teams and external parties (marketplace, IT, warehouse and logistics manager) and our clients
  • Elaborating traffic and sales reports to present internally and externally
  • Maintaining strong relationship with all project stakeholders (mainly from International teams) by ensuring clients' requests
  • Supporting internal team to present pitch for new potential clients

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Thai nationality
  • 1-3 years professional experience in e-commerce with similar role or as commercial / store manager. Experience with internal brands in FMCG, fast-retail or leading regional marketplaces is a plus
  • Skilled in marketing strategy, implementation, execution and analysis
  • Good knowledge of Google Docs (specially Spreadsheet)
  • Good knowledge of data visualization tools, like Google Data Studio, and ability to learn and adapt to new softwares
  • Strong analytical and proactive mindset
  • Highly organized
  • Fluent in Thai and English
