Job Description

The Senior Manager of Strategy & Program Management in MLSE Digital Labs plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative strategies that align with corporate objectives. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to identify, evaluate, and implement initiatives that advance MLSE’s strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and scoping of new strategic initiatives, establishing clear objectives and business impact goals.
  • Support corporate strategic planning by working with cross-functional leaders to define strategies and evaluate project feasibility.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to support critical decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and deliver actionable insights that address key business opportunities and challenges.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations for executive audiences, synthesizing key insights and progress.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement high-impact strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, or management consulting, including three or more years in a leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, business casing, financial modelling and performance tracking (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required).
  • Experience managing a team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives and building consensus across diverse teams
