Job Description
As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service to fans during various events at all of our MLSE locations.
- Work diligently to ensure safe food handling principles are practiced.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- Ensure work area and equipment are clean and organized at all times.
- Perform other administrative or service functions as required.
- Ensure areas are cleaned and stocked for our Fans to enjoy.
- Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Work independently and diligently to ensure safe food handling principles are practiced in a fan-facing role
Qualifications

- Must have a valid Smart Serve certification.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the need arises.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the province of Ontario.
- Previous food service experience an asset.
- Safe food handling training an asset.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Shown ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to pay close attention to detail.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring extensive walking and lifting, including lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
