Job Description

As a valuable member of the Catering team, you will be expected to deliver exceptional fan service, exercising accuracy, and anticipation of the guests’ needs with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Specific Duties:

  • Generate a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for guests
  • Go above and beyond for fans throughout the event, with the goal to create a positive and memorable experience
  • Management of credit card sales and reconciliation
  • Prepare assigned gondola for food and beverage service
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment at all times
  • Control inventory throughout the event, using inventory tracking sheet provided and report any spoilage to supervisor
  • Required to present host of the gondola with the guest check and process the method of payment
  • Completion of opening, running and closing duties in a timely manner
  • Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
  • Complete side duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
  • Effectively understand and manage the fans’ consumption of alcohol in a safe manner as the need arises within the policies outlined by MLSE and government regulation

Qualifications

  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Smart Serve certified
  • Proficient bartending skills – minimum of 2 years experience
  • Catering experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A winning attitude
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required
