Job Description

As a valuable member of the Catering team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service to fans/guests during Leafs and Raptors game nights.

Responsibilities

  • Generate a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests
  • Exercise confidence and enthusiasm throughout the event
  • Establish a level of comfort and trust with guests, being intuitive to their needs with the goal to improve upon their experience
  • Arrive in full uniform on time as per the schedule
  • Responsible for setting up the suites in a timely and appropriate fashion before guest arrival
  • Pick up designated food from kitchen at the beginning of shift and return it at the end of the night
  • Coordinate the service of food and beverages to all guests in the suite
  • Prepare requisitions at the end of the shift of product that is required for the next game
  • Report any special food and beverage requests to the direct supervisor when made aware of them
  • Consistently ensure that the suite is organized, and cleanliness maintained
  • Rigorously ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles
  • Ensure adherence to ACGO and MLSE policies and regulations
  • Assure all fridges are fully stocked constantly
  • Anticipate guests needs and reacts in a professional and courteous manner
  • Report any problems/issues to the supervisor/manager immediately
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety
