Job Description

As a member of the Real Sports Apparel cresting team, you will be responsible for the duties surrounding creating custom and stock jerseys for all the store's needs.  Under the direction of the management team, you will create, record and process customization orders, ensuring that each is produced with championship-level quality.   

Responsibilities

  • Customize licensed Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, and Toronto Marlies jerseys.
  • Manage and maintain lettering inventory ensuring appropriate stock is always on hand.
  • Monitor and manage speed of service and product quality.
  • Participate in inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
  • Ensure incoming inventory is properly received and managed appropriately.
  • Organize, maintain and ensure proper upkeep of inventory storage areas.
  • Process, record  and manage all created jersey orders.
  • Work quickly to resolve customer issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow up with Manager.
  • Participate in all fields of sales floor duties including but not limited to opening / closing duties, cleaning and merchandising.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.

  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays; varying hours based on event schedule

  • Ability to stay focused  and  creating winning results
  • Dedication to providing high levels of Customer Service to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent English communication - verbal and written
  • Excellent time management / project skills
