Job Description

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to become an integral part of the Membership Engagement & Commercialization team.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to help our team evolve the future of our Season Seat Member programs across multiple verticals including Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, Toronto Marlies, Toronto Argos, Raptors 905 and Premium LIVE.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the management of the engagement experience calendar, maintaining an up to date outlook on all relevant seasonal activity
  • Support the team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets, and critical timelines for innovative campaigns and individual client projects
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and manage scheduling, including tracking meeting notes and cascading to relevant stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate all briefs for VIP Hospitality engagement experiences
  • Support the execution of both virtual and physical experiential moments for brands as required, including intake, workback schedule, event assets and coordinate with the appropriate partners both internally and externally to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with project managers to support the building of reports, client tracking materials, workback schedules, and event assets
  • Assist with building visual storytelling presentation materials to support all levels of the organization, including our senior leadership team, effectively communicating sophisticated concepts into consumable strategic plans
  • Work with internal and external vendors to source, coordinate and execute seasonal Member gifting
  • Perform market research on prospective vendors, clients and partners
  • Work on specialty projects as they relate to your brand portfolios
  • Project Manage all client lists and associated materials for marquee member experiences

Qualifications

  • 2-year experience in industry and/or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university (preferably in marketing, advertising or related field)
  • Event Management experience
  • Excellent time management/project management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Strong skills and problem-solving skills
  • Must be an effective communicator that can convey information efficiently
  • Strong aptitude for understanding integrated systems and content platforms
  • Experienced user of Microsoft 360 - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop
  • A stickler for detail who always pays attention to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Able to work proficiently in both autonomous and team environments
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
