TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Location:Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Hours: Mon-Fri 17:00 – 20:30
JOB DESCRIPTION
A great opportunity has arisen within a fast growing company, who specialise in providing professional interpreting and translation services across the UK, covering both public and private sectors. You will be working in the delivery focused Recruitment Team
Responsibilities
- Making a high volume of outbound calls from a database. 70% of your time will be on the phone.
- Verifying various details over the telephone e.g. name, language, contact numbers, emails etc.
- Assessing candidate’s suitability for the role through gauging interest levels using telephone screening questions.
- Registering Interpreters on to the company’s system
- Adding and amending data on the database
- Conducting web-based research on key contact including visiting company websites, LinkedIn etc.
- Delivery of excellent Candidate Experience
- Be a point of contact for applicant queries throughout the recruitment process

Mandatory Experience
Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
Minimum 1 years’ experience working within a busy office environment.
Excellent IT skills using all Microsoft applications.
Experience of nurturing and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers.
Must enjoy working in a team.
