  • Expert Physical Therapy: Deliver skilled physical therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients.
  • Comprehensive Patient Treatment: Deliver treatment to all designated patients in accordance with the goals established by the evaluating Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Communication with Evaluating PT: Provide updates on patient progress and milestones to the evaluating Physical Therapist (PT), facilitating effective plan development, implementation, and adjustments tailored to individual patient requirements.
  • Patient and Family Instruction: Provide clear and supportive instruction to patients and their families.
  • Meticulous Documentation: Complete accurate and timely documentation according to standards set by the department and regulatory agencies.

    • Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and caseload volume.
    • The bottom range indicates little to no experience at typical starting rates reaching full time status at 20 visits completed weekly.
    • The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing the full-time minimum requirement of 20 visits completed weekly.

Qualifications

  • An associate degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Active state licensure as required.
  • Current BLS CPR Certification per state regulations
  • Licensed to practice as a physical therapist assistant in the state.
