Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CF mentor to establish and reach individualized goals. Communication is available in-person and virtual.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
• Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation according to standards set by the department and regulatory agencies.

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders or related degree
• Current BLS CPR Certification per state regulations
• Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the State
