• Responsible to manage and support the maintenance of IT Infrastructure related equipment, software, and configuration to ensure smooth operational process.
• Provide support for end-users; involve hardware, software, networking, storage, desktop installation.
• Monitor diagnose and resolve problems with IT system.
• Conduct analysis to improve IT Infrastructure.
• Participate in IT project to provide the necessary IT Infrastructure services.
• To support end user IT requirements.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
