To assist the technical sales executive on the below tasks:

• Execute sales strategies in the assigned territory to achieve business sustainability and growth in line with the parameters agreed by the Management.
• Maintain sustainable relationship and provide technical support to aquaculture farmers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback on aqua customer requirements and farm performance for immediate corrective action.
• Ensure the visitation schedule is followed according to the plan.
• Review and analyse the market intelligence on market size, prices and other forces measured in the bi-monthly review.
• Identify and determine potential farmers in the assigned territory to become key feeder farmer.
• Monitor and analyse customer database in terms of requirements and buying patterns, to meet or exceed their needs.
• Prepare price list, credit terms and strategy before each sales encounter.
• Ensure sales are within the specified credit terms and limitations of the customer.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

• Diploma or Degree in Aquaculture
• Willing to travel and having own transportation will be an advantage
