1. Responsible for the technical services which includes farm equipment management, farm equipment maintenance and setup of equipment for broiler houses.
2. Assist on autonomous maintenance equipment for farms required and report on progress accordingly.
3. Actively collaborate with relevant parties on farm continuous improvement pertaining to farm ventilation and brooding management.
4. Work closely with relevant parties on farm equipment technical maintenance and management.
5. Provide farm technical equipment training to poultry caretakers.
6. Consistently seek for ways to improve and innovate on current farm equipment in order to achieve business objectives.
7. Collaborate with relevant parties on the overall broiler house improvement projects.
8. Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
