We are Malayan Flour Mills Berhad, an established billions ringgit public listed food manufacturing company. We aspire to be a leading food manufacturing enterprise in the region and have also diversified its business from flour milling to the sale of raw materials and integrated poultry business. Its integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products and feeds milling. With over 50 years of experience and workforce of over 2600 in Malaysia and Vietnam, as part of our expansion plans we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.

1. Sell and execute all authorised products and promotional activities. Ensure products are sold at the approved selling price by the Company.
2. Explore new opportunities by opening new accounts.
3. Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
4. Ensure the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
5. Service all outlets in assigned territory as scheduled. Ensure daily assigned outlets target coverage are fulfil and optimal coverage.
6. Manage daily settlement and collection of payment. Minimize trade write off and trade return.
7. Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas and oil levels.
8. Maintaining sales and delivery record. Ensure compliance and proper usage of all commercial and sales documents as per commercials requirement.
9. Enhance cash business and zero bad debts.
10. Monitor activity at store level and communicate competitive, category, and product information that affect sales results (e.g. pricing, product assortment, promotion and placement) to Sales Management, so that they can proactively respond with new strategies and tactics.
11. Request and draw stocks from Company’s Warehouse and be accountable for the stock’s movement.
12. To perform any other task or assignment as directed by the management from time to time.

• Certificate or Diploma of any disciplines. 
• Ability to use gadgets or computer. 
• Valid GDL License. 
• At 1 year of sales experience.
