Job Description

  • Process talent acquisition administrative activities such as the administration of offer letter, coordination of medical check-up, background check and collection of documentations. 
  • To process and validate payrolls for all personnel of DPP Plant which include staff, local workers and foreign workers. 
  • To perform sending/ receiving functions of documents via mailbag, by post or hand dispatch. 
  • Assist in Employer Branding activities such as career talks at identified colleagues, universities, campus roadshows, career fairs, strategic partnerships with schools, etc. To work closely with Group Human Resources in ensuring high quality and innovative employer banding activities to attract talents. 
  • To assist HR Executive in the foreign worker management include new foreign worker application, work permit renewal and FOMEMA. 
  • Ensure on-time and accurate preparation of reports and to administer the maintaining of employee relevent records in Human Resouces Information System (HRIS). 
  • Prepare and issue show cause, warning letter and reminder letter within stipulated time frame. 
  • To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management form time to time.    

Qualifications

  • Internship in Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. 
  • Willing to relocate during the internship period. 
  • Able to perform multitasks. 
  • Available for local (Malaysian) only.
