How you will make an impact? 

M.Store is a mobile-first, multi-experience  stock management solution designed to empower store employees across the wholesale ecosystem. M.Store enables staff to run store operations entirely via mobile devices—leveraging automation and standardization. 

Drives 100% stock accuracy, minimizes truck-to-shelf time, reduces shrinkage, and eliminates receiving friction through seamless "one-click" digitized goods receipt. Maximizes on-shelf stock availability and accuracy, allowing store associates to spend less time on manual administration and more time delivering high-value customer service.

M.Store delivers an end-to-end operational feature set, including:

• Goods Inbound & Receiving: Full digitalization of order ingestion, receiving workflows and returns/IST tracking.
• Stock Control & Visibility: Real-time stock checks, difference analysis, stock corrections and storage location management.
• Inventory & Freshness Operations: Digital Stock Taking, Best Before Date (BBD) tracking.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Understand the capabilities and limitations of the specific solution or platform;
• Responsible for functional design within the defined solution scope, for end‑to‑end, cross‑system workflows (ERP, workflow engines, reporting tools)
• Ensure solution consistency, scalability, and compliance across platforms and markets
• Jointly with the team and depending on system complexity, configure, customize, and optimize solutions according to business and technical requirements and platform architecture guidance;
• Recommend best practices and design patterns within the respective squad or platform;
• Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution by interpreting business processes and embedding them into platform configurations and solution design, together with the development teams;
• Validate that the implemented solution aligns with business processes, compliance requirements, and governance standards;
• Assist in implementation, integration, and testing of the solution;
• Provide training and guidance to users or technical teams;
• Stay up-to-date with latest product updates, releases, and features. In the case of external solutions, this is subject to the condition that employees are given access to relevant information and training;
• Advise on solution roadmap and upgrade paths;
• Help optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the deployed solution via continuous improvements;
• Coordinate across squads, is SPOC for countries and leads harmonization of solution
• Support with problem analysis;
• Provides consultancy on solution for overarching projects and initiatives.

Required key competencies and qualifications:

• Proven expertise and relevant work experience as BA and/or Tester in a tech setup (multinational or startup);
• Good analytical skills - you know how to ask the right questions and how to summarize everything in one picture;
• Having the ability to turn complex concepts into simple language and vice versa;
• Experience in managing stakeholders relations, preparing and conducting presentations and briefing your teams (Dev, Support, QA);
• Being able to manage and facilitate communication in a challenging, complex and international work environment;
• Mastering strategic business process modeling, traceability, linking of dependent tasks, and quality management techniques;
• Very good fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Good testing skills,
•  Database knowledge (to be able to run SQL statements)
• Experience to call an API.
