Job Description
Someone who understands that successful planning is built on strong data analysis, an end-to-end supply chain mindset, and the ability to turn insights into better business decisions.
In this role, you will provide expertise and insights that improve planning processes, inventory health, decision quality, and overall supply chain performance. By connecting planning decisions with availability, stock, costs, working capital, and customer needs, you will help the business achieve better supply chain results and continuous improvement.
What Will You Do? 🚀
- Analyze end-to-end Supply Chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including Stock Days (SID), Inventory Value, Product Availability / Out-of-Stock, Overstock & Aging Inventory, Supplier Performance, and Ordering Efficiency.
- Translate data and analysis into actionable recommendations for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Import, Supplier Collaboration, and Operations Excellence.
- Optimize ordering and replenishment processes by evaluating order frequency, order quantities, delivery schedules, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), and stock parameters.
- Identify opportunities to improve product availability, inventory efficiency, logistics performance, and supplier collaboration.
- Monitor inventory health and identify risks related to stockouts, excess inventory, overstock, slow-moving products, and aging stock.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive actions to improve inventory performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve stock rotation, working capital efficiency, and inventory productivity while maintaining required service levels.
- Analyze the impact of planning decisions on ordering models, logistics costs, supplier conditions, inventory levels, and process efficiency.
- Develop improvement recommendations and business cases focused on cost-to-serve reduction, working capital improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Connect Supply Chain insights across Import, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supplier Collaboration, Warehouse Operations, and Stores.
- Identify gaps between processes, systems, and business execution and provide practical solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance reviews to support business decisions.
- Identify future risks, trends, and opportunities impacting Supply Chain performance.
- Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects.

Your Technical Toolkit 🛠️
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or Operations.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG / Wholesale / Retail environment.
- Experience with Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory, Warehouse, and S&OP / data analysis.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with reporting, dashboards, and KPI management.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business impact.
- Experience leading improvement initiatives or transformation projects.
- Strong MS Excel skills and experience with relevant planning/ERP tools.
- English – communicate effectively in English (B2 level), both written and verbal, enabling smooth cooperation with international and cross-functional stakeholders.
