We are looking for a Sales Force Administrator to join our team and play an important role in supporting our Sales Force and Franchise operations. In this position, you will combine analytical expertise with strong business understanding, helping teams make better decisions and ensuring smooth execution of key commercial initiatives.

Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze customer, sales and business data in depth and identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations, actions and business decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc analyses, reports and business insights to different management levels.
  • Work with Sales Force data and corporate data warehouse, using SQL and other relevant tools to extract, analyze and structure information.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and consistency of relevant article, customer and Sales Force databases.
  • Provide data and analytical support in response to specific business and customer requests.
  • Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of targeted marketing and commercial campaigns, including business cases and analysis of results.
  • Coordinate activities and act as a key contact point between Sales Force, Marketing, Operations and other departments regarding products, promotional activities, branding materials and other business topics.
  • Support central operations and Franchise teams with reporting, training preparation and other activities required for the smooth running of the business.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects such as customer segmentation, campaign management, process improvements and other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to turn complex data into clear business conclusions.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-organized, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate in a dynamic business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
