Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Business Development to lead the development and execution of our hard franchise (LaDoiPasi Extra) growth strategy.

The Head of Business Development at METRO Convenience:

  • Defines and leads the hard franchise expansion strategy.
  • Supports the development of a scalable value proposition and an appropriate operating model from a retail store concept perspective.
  • Validates the real estate partners and the associated contractual framework.
  • Is accountable for acquisition targets and key business model parameters, including rental costs, utilities, fit-out expenses, and other related costs;
  • Defines the CAPEX budget and monitors investment costs for each individual store.
  • Defines the franchise agreement and partnership terms and conditions.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of business scaling models, with the ability to design and implement clear organizational structures, processes, and governance frameworks that support a scalable and industrialized growth model.
  • Proven executive-level leadership experience in delivering multi-region growth programs, ensuring the successful execution of strategic objectives across diverse markets and operations.
  • Solid understanding of the convenience retail sector, with experience in designing and developing new retail formats and brand concepts that challenge conventional approaches and drive innovation.
