Job Description

Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Test Management working-student to support our S/4HANA Test Management organization across SAP and integrated systems such as Ariba. This role focuses on supporting end-to-end testing activities, ensuring structured test planning, moderation, execution, reporting in alignment with defined testing standards and methodologies. The position provides exposure to SAP S/4HANA testing processes (SIT, UAT, Regression), test management tools (Jira, Zephyr Scale), and integration scenarios across enterprise systems.
Your Key Responsibilites:
- Test Coordination: Support test management activities across S/4HANA and integrated systems (e.g. Ariba).
- Test Design: Assist in test case maintenance and structuring in Jira / Zephyr Scale.
- Execution Tracking: Monitor test execution and ensure proper documentation of results and evidence.
- Reporting: Create and maintain test reports, dashboards, and KPIs while supporting coordination between business and IT teams.
- Governance: Ensure alignment with testing standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Data & Integration: Support test data preparation, validation, and integration testing across SAP modules (FICO, P2P, O2C) and Ariba.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance & Accounting, or a related field, being registered as a student for at least another 12 months (ideally 24 months) and having the necessary work authorization as a student.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn SAP testing processes and methodologies.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Communication: Good communication skills and proactive attitude.
- Tools & Basics: Experience with Excel and project tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) and basic understanding of testing cycles and quality assurance.
