Job Description

  • Increase turnover rate per customer
  • Increase number of new potential buying customers
  • Coach his/her team and work on strengthening their competency skills for further development.
  • Maintain a relationship with HO and store operations for better out come of over all results and organization goals.
  • Sales Force feedback and customer demands analysis
  • In-store contact with the store staff: customer feedback
  • Analyze the Target Group Customers that the Sales Force has to develop
  • Measurement and monitoring of the Target Group Customers in global and per Customer Manager         
  • Events & Promotions planning and availability
  • Promotions results Analysis
  • List all the events which will take place on the District
  • List all the METRO and competitors events
  • Weekly meeting with the Store Management to align activities, promotions, events etc
  • Department staff meeting: with Store Manager with the Department Managers with the Regional Field Operations Manager
  • KPIs follow-up: turnover, commitments, Orders
  • KPIs follow-up: Based on the quantitative objectives
