Job Description
- Analyzing MDC customers’ needs including product, quality and packaging.
- Developing and introducing core & regional assortment for each MDC.
- Constantly monitoring sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure MDC offerings stay relevant and ahead of the competition.
- Coordinating & implementing category/product level pricing strategy for MDC that creates value for the customers and METRO.
- Ensuring that offers are effectively communicated to MDC customers while ensuring visibility.
- Acting as the key liaison between METRO cross functional teams and external suppliers to ensure timely plan roll outs and stock availability.
- Regularly reporting on MDC performance and make data-driven recommendations to adjust strategies and improve overall business outcomes within the MDC.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration
