Job Description

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the offer strategy for the HoReCa & O&I segment.
  • Analyse HoReCa & O&I CTG customers’ Needs including Product, Quality and Packaging.
  • Develop and introduce core assortment for each  HoReCa & O&I CTG.
  • Constantly monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure METRO’s offerings stay relevant and ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement category/product level pricing strategy for HoReCa & O&I that creates value for the customers and METRO.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities for growth and innovation within the HoReCa & O&I market.
  • Ensure that offers are effectively communicated to customers, ensuring visibility and driving engagement.
  • Act as the key liaison between METRO Cross Functional Teams and external suppliers to ensure timely plan roll outs and stock availability.
  • Regularly report on offer performance and make data-driven recommendations to adjust strategies and improve overall business outcomes within the  HoReCa & O&I sector.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably Business Management with a specialization in Sales and / or Marketing or related subjects. 

Additional Information

5-7 years’ experience in Sales Management Role.
