Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all store QA activities to ensure the process complying with Metro standards and local regulations, carry out the regularly statistical reports and analysis.
  • Handle customer complaint/ quality incident / crisis management, take follow up and participate the process (crisis identification, customer complaint, product returned, product recall)
  • Coordinate with the Store QA Executive/Manager, Authority Agencies, Stores, and other the relevant people to plan and conduct training on food safety, quality & legality aspects
  • Check and strengthen the implementation of self-control and HACCP system in store
  • Monitor the implementation of product monitoring program and labelling system together with other relevant QA specialists
  • Improve stock correction related to quality area in store together with other relevant QA specialists.
  • Establish the relevant SOP to ensure the compliance with company standards and maintain accurate QA records, audit reports, and training documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits or unplanned inspection at store, area to define the root cause of any quality issue and propose the improvement plan.
  • Commit to self-developments and enrichment of the knowledge and skills by planning and attending agreed training courses
  • Stay updated with changes in local and international food safety, hygiene, quality regulations and ensure timely implementation of new compliance requirements in-store.
