Job Description
- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers’ needs and expectations, and to propose solutions.
- Monitoring action plan definition to check customer activity and set-up actions (campaign management), customer activity per product family, and customer activity regarding turnover performance.
- Visit customers to understand their business and activities
- Communication with Buyers and Logistics to provide buyers to share information, challenges and solutions.
- Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team, thus playing a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude.
- Maintaining floor discipline that includes stock availability, shelf management, proper presentation, in short, PSPSPP (Presentation, Signage, Promotion, Safety, Products and Personnel)
- Execution of sales promotional activities for awareness, faster off-takes for building brand image vis-à-vis new and existing products
- Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities planned.
- Ensure that stock maintenance by continuous monitoring of inventory, shrinkage, create the optimum stock performance in quality, quantity and safety targeting customer segments and following the company strategy.
