Start: Immediately

Duration: 12-24 months

Working hours: 20 hours per week, 40 hours per week during lecture-free period

Your tasks: 

• Participate in the collection, analysis, and review of incident data.
• Data entry in various forms into record keeping systems and translation of data into monthly reporting model.
• Update and maintenance of safety related materials.
• Analysis of audit reports and preparing consolidated information on findings.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports on safety performance indicators and statistics.
• Assist in preparing presentations and training materials for internal use.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Health and Safety processes.

• Related studies or strong interest in the field of Health & Safety / Occupational Safety.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good English; French, Spanish, Dutch is a plus.
• First experience in designing basic information material is a plus (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
