WHAT DOES THE METRO POTENTIALS 
TRAINEE PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?

• Applications for the METRO Potentials program run from May 24th to June 7th, 2024
• The final selection will be made by July 1st, 2024
• Your 18 month development journey begins on September 1st 2024
• In the first 6 months you get introduced to work processes in stores
• In the next 6 months you will familiarize yourself with the work processes in the company's headquarters
• During the 5 final months you will be stationed in one of the METRO countries
• Throughout the program you will attend joined trainings at the Headquarters in Düsseldorf
• Throughout the program you will either manage or participate in a business project
• Upon successful completion you can continue your career within our company

TO APPLY FOR THE PROGRAM IT IS IMPORTANT THAT:

• You have completed undergraduate studies or are currently enrolled in a master's program
• You have less than 3 years of work experience
• You communicate excellently in English
• You have a passion for hospitality and gastronomy
