Are you a student enrolled in your third bachelor semester or higher, with a passion for Employer Branding and a desire for a steep learning curve? Duration: 12-24 months
Working hours: 20 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week possible during semester breaks .
Job Description
- Support internal and external Employer Branding communication
- Managing Social Media tools
- Contributing to the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase visibility as a desirable employer
- Preparing content (captions, blog posts) and producing videos following latest trends
- Supporting online campaigning aiming to increase awareness and push recruitment
- Maintaining career website, both German & English
- Promoting T&OD (Talent & Organizational Development) offers internally and externally through a variety of communication activities
- Aligning communication activities with Corporate Communications and People&Culture Communications
- Keeping social intranet, Microsoft TEAMS communities and Sharepoint-drives aligned and up to date
Qualifications
- An enrollment in your third bachelor semester or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, HR)
- A strong interest in Employer Branding and a passion for learning and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
