• You will focus on supporting the preparation and implementation of METRO AG's annual general meeting.
• You will be part of the inhouse corporate law team handling general corporate law matters, in particular stock corporation law, limited liability company law and group law
• You will work with us on ongoing projects, participate in meetings and become an integral part of a highly qualified and equally motivated team.

• You have completed your first state law examination with above-average success, bring a high degree of initiative, teamwork and communication skills as well as a strong economic understanding and risk awareness.
• You are proficient in the common MS Office applications, in particular Word and Outlook, and have a business-fluent command of English.
