Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Digital Transformation Process Manager supports the Head of Process Management in running and continuously improving the METhodology (MET tailored Project Portfolio, Program & Project management framework), while actively managing the Digital Transformation project portfolio and selected initiatives.

The role combines METhodology support, portfolio coordination, and hands‑on project management, acting as a key enabler of structured, value-driven change across the organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Support to METhodology Owner

  • Act as the primary support and first point of contact for the METhodology across the Sales & Trading Segment
  • Maintain and evolve the METhodology communication platform, templates, and material
  • Organise and deliver trainings, onboarding sessions, and refreshers

Digital Transformation Portfolio Management

  • Coordinate the intake, prioritisation, tracking, and reporting of digital transformation initiatives
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and alignment with agreed objectives

Project Management

  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, timeline, budget, and METhodology standards, including change enablement
  • Manage stakeholders, risks, issues, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Development of the Digital Transformation Office Capabilities

  • Contribute to the development of DTO project management skills, knowledge, and maturity
  • Coach and support colleagues in project management best practices

Support to Process Management Journey

  • Provide light support to the broader BPM/process management journey
  • Contribute where digital transformation and process improvement intersect

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business / Economics / IT 
  • 5-10 years of experience in project and/or digital transformation management
  • Experience with project portfolio management is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of structured project management approaches
  • Experience with digital collaboration and project tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Experience with project portfolio management platforms (e.g. Planview, Wrike or similar)
  • Experience in an international, cross-functional environment; energy sector experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel without losing structure
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, solution-oriented and hands-on 
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving environments
