• Daily support for operational and back office processes
• Tracking and archiving customer and supplier contracts
• Entering and checking contract data into systems
• Supporting billing and reconciliation processes
• Contributing to internal reporting and data tracking activities
• Coordinating processes with relevant teams

• Preferably 3rd or 4th year students in relevant departments of universities (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.) or new graduates
• Able to work full-time at least 3 days a week
• Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
• Attentive to detail and possessing analytical thinking skills
• Good command of English
• Team player, strong communication skills
