Job Description

The Back Office & Operational Finance Specialist will support the daily operations of our local companies in Serbia and Bosnia, ensuring efficient administrative, operational, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

    • Perform daily back-office admin and operational support for MET SRB and MET Energy BH
    • Prepare bank card settlements, travel expense reports, invoices, subscriptions, maintaining up to date financial and contract databases
    • Cooperate with external accounting service providers, manage KYC documentation & relations with banks (accounts, bank guarantees) and other stakeholders
    • Organize and maintain executive calendars, correspondence, archives and office communication
    • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, and facility management tasks
    • Implement digital transformation of the company processes and operations
    • Actively contribute to improving workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience in back office, operations, or finance support
  • Academic degree in business administration, economics, law or engineering
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or trading/operations systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in Serbian and English (spoken and written).
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
