• Contribute to product development, complex application support, and project work as part of the IT team.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on business requirements.
• Integrate third-party applications with in-house software components.
• Design, implement, and optimize software solutions for scalability and maintainability.
• Analyze and resolve software and data-related issues, including second-level production support.
• Automate development and deployment processes following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and document development activities according to MET Group’s standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and actively share knowledge within the team

• University degree in IT, Software Development, or a related field
• At least 8 years of software development experience
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
• Advanced understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and networking
• Strong knowledge of databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and Terraform is an advantage
• Experience in financial markets or the energy sector is an advantage
