Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and organised Legal Intern to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. You will be asked to provide essential administrative and legal support to our legal department ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication within the team and with external partners, gaining valuable experience in the legal field in a multinational environment. You will be asked to work together with team members locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Help the Legal team monitor ongoing tasks and projects, providing necessary follow-ups to ensure progress and completion.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including document management, collection of signatures, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Take part in internal and external meetings with other members of the Legal team.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, memos, and correspondence.
  • Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for various members of the Green Assets Division’s team.
  • Handle with the support of the legal team external partner correspondence and relationship and manage emails.
  • Help the Legal team collaborate with various members of the Green Assets Division’s team to provide legal support.
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents. Maintain and update legal databases and resources.
  • Support the corporate housekeeping of applicable entities in the Green Assets Division.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing Legal MA studies, or last year BA Legal studies,
  • Fluency in English, any other language (e.g., German and French) is considered an advantage,
  • Punctual, precise work, attention to detail,
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently,
  • Great organisational skills,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Any relevant previous work experience is an advantage.
