Purpose of the role
We are looking for a professional with extensive knowledge of the Polish energy market, a deep understanding of relevant processes and systems, and a passion for building a lean, data-driven, and automated operations team from the ground up. He/she will report directly to the CEO. 

Essential responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, automated, and data-driven operational processes aligned with business strategy
• Oversee the implementation of key operational systems, including CRM and other relevant platforms
• Monitor market trends and developments in the energy sector to inform operational strategies and processes
• Work closely with the CEO, Sales team, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and support business objectives
• Handle complex customer and sales team requirements, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Manage supplier changes for customers across all voltage and volume categories, including terminating and initiating contracts
• Continuously optimize current systems and develop new systems to support business growth and operational efficiency

• At least 5 years of experience in operations within the energy sector, with a strong understanding of the Polish energy market is a must
• Some years of team management experience
• BSc/MSc degree in Business/Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Business acumen, process oriented mindset
